Halogens: Special properties of Fluorine

Fluorine is the most electronegative element.
It is so electronegative that it can react with noble gases like xenon.
Fluorine is the most chemically reactive element.
It is the smallest substituent after hydrogen.
It can form stronger bonds with carbon than hydrogen can.
Fluorine is poisonous and gaseous, and is pale yellow-green.
